Site Policy

Behavior

By participating in this site you agree that all types of communities need rules of conducts, and that you shall conform to rules of acceptable behavior as defined here, more specifically in areas of the site such as forums where you can express yourself.

Any proven type of harassment or bullying will result in your being barred from this site.

Non-technical topics

You are entitled to personal opinions, even to strongly held ones, in the domains of politics, religion, philosophy, morals, education of children, pets, personal hygiene, and others. This site isn't the place where to express them.

We reserve the right to bar you from this site if you express opinions that can shock others or may cause outrage in some countries or cultures - even if we understand you or even agree with you.

Technical topics

On technical topics, you are expected to show some restraint and respect for others.
Keep in mind that however knowledgeable you feel, there may be people who know more than you do in your domain; and remember that there has been a time when you didn't know much, either, and that some things you have thought were true at one time were later proved to be plain wrong. Avoid sarcasm and irony, they may be misunderstood.

We are very keen on keeping this site a "nice place" and we take complaints about behavior seriously.

You can flag posts that you find offensive. Posts that are flagged by three different people disappear.
